Established in 1981 by Michael D. Avirom, our firm is dedicated solely to the land surveying profession. The Avirom team, with an average of 35-40 staff members, including 6 registered land surveyors, is a qualified and experienced team of professionals who have worked together for decades. We have offices in Palm Beach County, Monroe County, and Martin County. Through the years we’ve delivered land surveying services to multiple counties, municipalities and agencies throughout the State of Florida. We have also provided our services to the Bahamas and throughout the Caribbean. Our clients include major utility companies, commercial and residential developers, attorneys, engineering firms and architectural firms. Avirom has completed numerous surveying and mapping projects for large resorts including Atlantis, One and Only Ocean Club, Disney’s Castaway Key, Boca Raton Resort and Club, Key Largo Anglers Club, Pier 66, Little Palm Island, Southernmost Hotel, Chub Cay, Pink Sands, Holiday Isle, and Pelican Grand Beach Resort.
Avirom & Associates’ portfolio includes, but is not limited to, boundary, topographic, and route-of-line surveys, laser scanning, and aerial mapping with lidar to facilitate the design of community improvements. We are also proficient in construction layouts, as-builts and the preparation of easements.
