Scope:
Performed an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey on approximately 34 acres, including a Mean High Water Line Survey, a Jurisdictional Wetland Survey and a Topographic Survey utilizing terrestrial LiDAR. The survey included the full right-of-way of Overseas Highway for one mile spanning the site. Utilizing our terrestrial LiDAR scanner eliminated the need to have our personnel traverse the busy highway to obtain the data and also the need to employ Maintenance of Traffic (MOT).
