Major Projects Completed

We have been providing services for the Atlantis Hotel since 1994.  These included preparing a 425-acre ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey of all of the resort’s properties, including the rights-of-ways, in accordance with the Bahamas Land Surveyor’s Act of 1975 for recording in the Bahamas Department of Lands and Survey.  We also have provided additional surveying services including an ortho-rectified aerial image, topographic surveys for future expansions and other purposes, bathymetric surveys, as-builts, and other construction surveying services as requested by the client.

We have been working with Key Largo Anglers Club since 1984. Services we have provided include, but are not limited to, boundary surveys, topographic/route-of-line surveys, bathymetric surveys, mean high-water line and tree surveys, preparing legal descriptions for parcel transfers and other purposes, sketch and descriptions, preparation of condominium documents, elevation certificates, and construction services as requested.

We prepared multiple elevation certificates for the various structures along with creating an ALTA/ACMS Land Title Survey and we prepared new legal descriptions for this property.

We have been working with St. Thomas Aquinas since 2002. Services we have provided include, but are not limited to, boundary, topographic/route-of-line, specific purpose, and tree surveys; sketch and descriptions; construction services as requested by the client.

We have been working with FAU Boca Raton since 2002. Services we have provided include, but are not limited to, topographic and specific purpose surveys; sketch and descriptions; as-builts; construction services as requested by the client.

We have been working with Lynn University since 2006. Services we have provided include, but are not limited to, boundary and ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and tree surveys; underground locates; sketch and descriptions; as-builts; plat preparation; construction services as requested.

In 2011 and again in 2018, Avirom performed an upland topographic survey and sub-surface utility location survey at the US Coast Guard Station in Key West.  We also provided elevations to define the existing topography in detail on a 20’ x 20’ grid, including significant grade changes in elevation, with locations of above ground evidence of utilities tied to the sub-surface utility locations.

In 2004, Avirom performed a 3,000-acre boundary survey in accordance with the Bahamas Land Surveyor’s Act of 1975 for recording in the Bahamas Department of Lands and Surveys. Topographic survey of 5,000’ runway for re-surfacing; We also provided a hydrographic survey with 1’ contour of the existing marina and approach channel to support the expansion of the marina, which now accommodates 200’ yachts and includes over 200 slips.

In 2016, Avirom performed a boundary survey in accord with the Bahamas Land Surveyor’s Act of 1977 on the entire island which is comprised of 169 acres.  We also provided LiDAR aerial topographic mapping and orthophoto color raster image with a pixel resolution of 0.5 foot at a scale of 1”=100’, including establishing ground controls (horizontal & vertical) to control the aerial survey.

Avirom has been working on the Town of Palm Beach undergrounding project since 2016 providing services such as route of line surveys, sketch and descriptions for utility easements and other construction services to facilitate mapping entire town for underground placement of FPL lines.

Avirom has been working with the Boca Raton Hotel & Club since 1996. We have provided services such as boundary surveys ALTA/NSPS and topographic surveys, mean high-water line including specific purpose X&Y and submerged land lease field surveys, sketch and descriptions and underground utilities surveys for mapping and platting.

Avirom has been working on the Broward College and Bank of America buildings in Fort Lauderdale since 2017. We have provided services such as topographic surveys for various buildings/locations of the college, specific purpose survey for 11 Emergency Call Tower Structures, ALTA/NSPS Survey; lake cross-sections, as-builts, sketch and descriptions, and surveys to maintain the college’s master plan.

Avirom has been working on the Pier 66 site since 2004. We have provided services such as a specific purpose survey to update improvements and underground locates within specific area; boundary, topographic, and tree surveys; as-builts; surveys to monitor building for vertical movement and submerged land easements surveys.

Avirom worked on the Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative/Project Tiger Bailing Facility from 2015-2018. We provided services such as: boundary and topographic survey; creating legal descriptions; as-builts; sketch and descriptions; and other construction services as requested.

In 2023, Avirom provided as-built services for the drainage and sanitary systems for the entire town of Lantana.

Avirom has been providing surveying services to the Key West International Airport and the Marathon Airport since 2012. Some of the services we have provided are: topographic survey of Feraldo Circle to support re-design; topographic survey of commercial apron to support re-paving and drainage design; 3D-LiDAR scan for as-built of EMAS system at the end of Runway 27 and Runway 9; topographic survey throughout the airport site to support the drainage improvement design.

Avirom has been working with Brightline Trains Florida / Virgin Trains USA Florida since 2019 to provide services for multiple train stations located in Aventura, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale. Some of these services include: boundary and topographic/route-of-line surveys for base map for engineering design; sketch and descriptions; tree survey; and any other construction services as needed.

Avirom recently completed a route of line survey to facilitate mapping entire town for underground placement of FPL lines. We also provided sketch and descriptions for utility easement and any other construction services as requested. We will be doing future work on multiple phases as well.
